14 day cooling off
period
You have the right to cancel any policy purchased from us (excluding some short period travel policies) for 14 days starting from the day you receive your policy documents. We will refund your money less a charge for the period you have been insured, unless your policy has been terminated following a claim in which case no refund will be due. We will not charge you an administration fee in connection with this cancellation.

Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)
We are covered by the
Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).
You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet
our obligations. This depends on the
type of business and the circumstances of the claim.
Insurance advising
and arranging is covered for 100% of the first £2000 and 90% of the remainder
of the claim, without any upper limit, except for compulsory insurance, which
is covered for 100%.
